Club Membership Levels
Primary Home Club Member – $125/year
For individual adults (18+) or the primary member of a family membership.
Benefits include:
- Voting privileges
- 40–50% discount on HMFSC-sponsored workshops, clinics, and skating camps
- Priority access and Home Club pricing on club ice
- Access to private lessons with HMFSC Club and Affiliate Coaches
- Eligibility to participate in U.S. Figure Skating testing and competitions*
- Participation in HMFSC shows and exhibitions
- Invitations to club social, community, and holiday events
Additional requirements:
- $100 volunteer deposit and $200 fundraising deposit per year (see HMFSC Volunteer and Fundraising Policies)
- U.S. Figure Skating membership not included
*Note: HMFSC is a Wyoming nonprofit currently pursuing official membership with U.S. Figure Skating, anticipated by January 2026. Until then, members may test and compete as Individual Members of U.S. Figure Skating.
Secondary Family Member – $60/year
For additional household members of a Primary Home Club Member.
(Secondary members do not vote unless representing the Primary Member per Club bylaws.)
Benefits include:
- 40–50% discount on HMFSC-sponsored workshops, clinics, and skating camps
- Priority access and Home Club pricing on club ice
- Access to private lessons with HMFSC Club and Affiliate Coaches
- Eligibility to participate in U.S. Figure Skating testing and competitions*
- Participation in HMFSC shows and exhibitions
- Invitations to club social, community, and holiday events
Additional requirements:
- $50 volunteer deposit and $100 fundraising deposit per year (see HMFSC Volunteer and Fundraising Policies)
- Deposits are capped at $150 (volunteer) and $300 (fundraising) per household
- U.S. Figure Skating membership not included

Associate Member – $65/year
For skaters whose Home Club is another U.S. Figure Skating member club.
(Associate Members do not have voting privileges.)
Benefits include:
- 15–25% discount on HMFSC-sponsored workshops, clinics, and skating camps
- Discounted Associate Member pricing on club ice
- Access to private lessons with HMFSC Club and Affiliate Coaches
- Eligibility for U.S. Figure Skating testing
- Invitations to club social, community, and holiday events
Introductory Member – $40/year
For beginning skaters who are not currently participating in U.S. Figure Skating testing or competitions.
(Introductory Members do not have voting privileges.)
Benefits include:
- Access to weekly Introductory Member pricing on designated low freestyle sessions
- Access to Introductory Member pricing on 20-minute beginner group lessons
- Access to private lessons with HMFSC Club and Affiliate Coaches
- Invitations to club social, community, and holiday events
- Opportunity to participate in select HMFSC exhibitions or end-of-season performances
- Option to upgrade to Primary Home Club membership at any time
Additional Notes:
- Designed for recreational or early-stage skaters not yet pursuing U.S. Figure Skating testing or competition
- No volunteer or fundraising deposit required
- U.S. Figure Skating membership not included
- Does not include access to competition-related benefits
Friends of HMFSC – $25/year
Friends of HMFSC are valued supporters who help champion the mission of our club. While this membership level does not include voting privileges or access to club ice, Friends receive our monthly newsletter, stay informed about upcoming events, and are invited to participate in volunteer opportunities and community outreach efforts. It's a wonderful way for family members, alumni, and skating enthusiasts to stay connected and involved with the Heart Mountain Figure Skating Club.
Honorary Member – No Fee
Honorary Membership may be granted to individuals who have made significant contributions to the Heart Mountain Figure Skating Club or the sport of figure skating. Honorary Members are elected by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the membership at the Annual Meeting. They are exempt from dues and assessments. While they do not hold voting rights, they are valued members of our community.
Honorary Member Benefits include:
• Lifetime recognition on the HMFSC website and printed programs
• Complimentary admission to HMFSC shows, events, and exhibitions
• Invitations to club social and community gatherings
• Opportunities to serve in mentorship or advisory roles by invitation
• Occasional guest skating privileges at the discretion of the Board
