Heart Mountain Figure Skating Club is proud to host another Champions Skating Series Clinic: Michael Chack—national and international medalist, world team member, professional soloist, and acclaimed coach and choreographer is back by popular demand to lead a 2-day clinic.
With over 25 years of coaching experience, this clinic offers skaters in our region the chance to learn from a distinguished champion who has guided athletes from the early stages of their development through the highest levels of competitive skating.
Clinic Focus
Each day includes off-ice training plus focused on-ice sessions with Michael.
Day One – Building and perfecting technique
✨ Edges, Turns, Jumps, Spins
⏱️ 3 hours on-ice per group
Day Two – Unlocking your inner artist
✨ Choreography, Movement, Musicality
⏱️ 2 hours on-ice per group
Suggested Skating Levels
Designed for Aspire level skaters and all US Figure Skating Singles test levels through Gold/Senior.
Groups will be formed in accordance with skaters’ registration levels.

Heart Mountain Figure Skating Club is proud to host the first event in our Champions Skating Series: a two-day clinic with Michael Chack—national and international medalist, world team member, professional soloist, and acclaimed coach and choreographer.
With over 25 years of coaching experience, this clinic offers skaters in our region the chance to learn from a distinguished champion who has guided athletes from the early stages of their development through the highest levels of competitive skating, blending biomechanics, performance, and technical mastery to help skaters discover their true potential on the ice.
Clinic Focus
Each day includes off-ice training plus focused on-ice sessions with Michael.
Day One – Power & Precision
✨ Jumps & Spins: sharpen takeoffs, rotations, and spin positions
⏱️ 1.5 hours on-ice per group
Day Two – Flow & Expression
✨ Edgework & Artistry: develop strong edge quality, seamless transitions, and musical expression
⏱️ 3 hours on-ice per group
Suggested Skating Levels
Designed for skaters from Pre-Preliminary through Preliminary, and from Pre-Bronze/Pre-Juvenile through Gold and Senior levels.
Groups will be formed in accordance with skaters’ registration levels.
